Saint Thomas Church Wedding – Macy & Brian

The day had finally arrived for Brian & Macy’s beautiful classic fall-themed wedding at Saint Thomas Catholic Church. Their afternoon Catholic Mass wedding was perfectly sunny with a few soft clouds in the sky.

Getting Ready

Following the girls to the getting-ready suite, we finished up the last few details. There was a wonderful feeling of joy and relaxation in the air. My heart melted when I overheard Macy say, “I can’t believe this is the day! It feels so surreal!” It had finally come after all the months of planning and waiting!

Having put on her dress and veil with the help of her sister and mother, Macy was now ready to show her father. A wide smile spread across her father’s face as he turned around to see his first daughter in her wedding gown. And mom was off to the side trying to hold back tears. Those precious moments, just before Macy walked down the aisle, were priceless.

The Ceremony at Saint Thomas Church

All the guests were seated in wooden pews as the bells chimed in the background. The bridal party entered, followed by the cutest flower girl and ring bearer. Then Macy walked through the arched doorway with her dad, while Brian smiled at his stunning bride. After a beautiful and intentional ceremony, they were pronounced; Mr. & Mrs. Johnson with cheers from all the witnesses.

The wedding day concluded with lots of dancing, sweet words from the bridal party, and a bubble exit at the Red Lion Templins on the River.
